One pole top insert featuring a stainless steel hook, for 23Zero and OVS awnings. These are used to replace pole tops that have a straight steel peg rather than a hook. The hook prevents the pole from being disconnected by winds. Some customers are also replacing the standard ball and socket fittings of the main poles with these hooks. This solves the issue of weak ball and sockets while also allowing the poles to be stored in a bag with others. Separate pole storage keeps the awning fabric cleaner and also creates more room for the awning cover to zip freely.
